Description

Pillar Mould Soy PM7

Our newly formulated Pillar Mould Soy PM7 is a blend of soy, refined beeswax, and paraffin wax – a combination of three different types of wax all with unique properties.

Soy is a natural wax made from soybean oil and is known for its clean burn and eco-friendliness. Beeswax is another natural wax made from bees and refined from colour and the smell of honey to accommodate the addition of fragrance and colour. Paraffin is a petroleum-based wax and is known for its versatility, and ability to hold fragrance.

When blended together, the resulting product would have a mix of all the exceptional properties of each wax – a combination to allow for a clean burn, added durability for preserving its shape, as well as fragrance retention better than pure soy alone. Designed specifically by ASW and our technical lab for the use of pillars, moulds and melts.

Using the same unique hydrogenation method that’s proven successful with our other four waxes, you can expect the same consistency and quality All Seasons Wax Co is famous for.
We are meticulous with the production of each and every box – so you’re able to produce candles that blow your customers away time and time again.

This wax is in pellet form.

Some of the unique features of our Pillar Mould Soy PM7 are:

  • Ideal for melts, pillars and moulds
  • Wax is robust and smooth to retain and hold it’s shape of any pillar, mould or melt
  • Durable wax with longer burn time
  • Anti sweating properties
  • A higher fragrance tolerance 8-10%^
  • Great colour retention

CONSISTENCY

It is widely recognised that performance consistency is the foundation of any great wax. Once your ideal fragrance ratio has been identified through your own testing, the Pillar Mould Soy PM7 will not disappoint. We believe this wax is the most durable soy based wax available on the market. Other waxes tend to sweat and even excrete oil when the temperature rises due to the wax expanding and needed to escape. One of the unique traits of this wax is the ability to resist sweat, resulting in a gorgeous, smooth burn and non greasy surface.

ANTI-SWEAT & SHRINKAGE

Another trait unique to PM7 is it’s anti sweat capability and shrinkage properties.

PM7 has been developed firm enough so that even in harsh heat or light, the wax wont expand to release excess oil. It’s ability to shrink when fully set allows for easy removal from moulds.

This blend is our most durable wax. It will give 5X times the burn time if correctly wicked, with less drip or mess than other pillar waxes on the market – we guarantee you’ll love working with it!

OUR RECOMMENDATION

We suggest you take extra care preparing the pouring conditions of your candles and to always run a test in those conditions before mass producing any of your candle ranges.

Please note all the above recommendations are based on our own testing and our lab finding. Your own testing is a must for accurate results.
