So 2020 is coming to a close and what a crazy, Unexpected and eventful year it has been! We can’t help but to thank you for the past 12 months – it’s been one hell of a ride. We thank you for the friendships formed, lessons learned and experiences shared – and also for supporting our business, for showing patience and helping us to develop what we believe is the most beautiful and unique range of candle vessels, diffusers and accessories available around the world.
We will be closing our doors for holidays on Tuesday the 22nd of December. Over this period we will still be receiving online orders, however they will be shipped when we reopen as we will have no staff in the office or warehouse over the Christmas break.
We will also conduct a complete stocktake and reorganisation of our warehouse to prepare for an enormous 2021 – we have some seriously big things planned!
Our re-opening for 2021 will be advised shortly.

CHRISTMAS ORDER CUT OFF DATES & DEADLINES
We ask that you place your order on or before these dates to have your order by Christmas!
9/12: For QLD, WA, NT, TAS, REGIONAL VIC, NSW/ACT, SA
11/12: For METRO MEL, SYD, ADEL, CAN
16/12: Cut off day for Melbourne pick up orders
Our online store will remain open past these dates and over the holidays but orders will not be shipped out until we return back from out break.
DELIVERY IN THE NEW YEAR & HOLIDAY SEASON
We understand with the upcoming summer months it will be common to be away, either catching some sun at the beach or simply away from home spending time with your family and friends. In preparation for this, we encourage clients to check “Authority to Leave” at the checkout so your consignment can be safely left at your doorstep to await your return.
If you have additional instructions for your delivery, please ensure to include them in the customer notes prior to checkout.
Please note, re-delivery fees will apply if you are not at your address to receive your order at the time of delivery (if authority to leave is not selected).
